Caboolture South, both sides of the line
The North Coast railway line runs through Caboolture South and splits it in two. West of the line is where people live: established streets of houses on their own blocks, many of them decades old, served by Morayfield Road. East of the line is mostly industrial and rural land, with workshops and yards that need commercial plumbing rather than domestic.
It is one of the older parts of the district. The original Caboolture State School opened here in 1873, and the housing reflects that mix of eras: older timber and brick homes with original pipework alongside infill built more recently.
