In Queensland, installing, connecting, modifying or disconnecting gas pipework and appliances is licensed gas work. It cannot legally be done by a homeowner or a general handyman, and work that is not done under licence is not certifiable or insurable. Every gas installation is pressure tested and certified on completion, and the certificate is part of the job.
Plumbing and drainage work is licensed separately through the QBCC. This business holds QBCC licence 15464961 for plumbing and drainage; gas work on our jobs is carried out under a Queensland gas work licence issued by the Petroleum and Gas Inspectorate.
Cafes, restaurants, food preparation sites and workshops around Caboolture depend on gas for cooking and hot water. We connect commercial cooklines and appliances, upgrade gas systems, carry out safety checks and repair faults with as little downtime as the job allows.
Every gas job ends the same way: pressure tested, certified and explained, with the isolation valve shown to you.
Tell us the appliance or the fault. If you smell gas, turn it off at the meter or bottle, open the windows and call from outside.
