Getting the size right
Continuous flow units are rated in litres a minute at a given temperature rise. A unit that is fine for one shower cannot hold temperature when the kitchen tap and a second shower open at the same time. We count the outlets that realistically run together and size the unit for that, which is where most badly performing systems went wrong at installation.
The gas supply matters as much as the unit. A larger continuous flow unit can need a bigger gas line than the storage tank it replaces, and we check that before quoting rather than discovering it on the day.

Why is there a delay before the water gets hot?
