Cracked earthenware
Older clay sewer lines crack and their cement joints open. A liner seals the whole run in one piece.
When the camera shows a cracked, root-damaged or separated pipe, relining repairs it from inside without a trench through the driveway or the garden. Caboolture Plumbing and Hot Water relines sewer and stormwater lines across Caboolture and the Moreton Bay region after a camera inspection confirms the pipe is suitable.

A liner soaked in resin is fed into the damaged section of pipe, inflated against the pipe wall and cured in place. The result is a smooth, joint-free pipe inside the old one that seals the cracks and the joints roots were using.
Because the work is done from existing access points, the lawn, paving and structures above the pipe stay as they are. For a line under a driveway or a slab, that is the difference between a day's work and a week of excavation and reinstatement.

Roots are cut out, the line is jetted clean and the liner closes the joints so they cannot get back in.
Where digging would mean breaking concrete, relining repairs the pipe from inside.
If the same line blocks every few months, the camera usually shows a structural fault relining can fix for good.
Every relining job starts and ends with the camera, so you see the fault before the work and the finished pipe after it.
We locate the damage, measure the section and confirm the pipe is suitable.
CCTV drain inspectionRoots are cut and the line is jetted so the liner bonds to a clean pipe wall.
Water jettingThe liner is positioned, inflated and cured. Junctions are reopened from inside.
A second camera pass records the finished pipe and confirms the flow.
You get the camera footage from before and after, and a pipe that no longer offers roots a way in.
Tell us which drains are affected and whether water is coming up anywhere. That decides what goes on the van.
The plumber checks the fixtures, the overflow gully and the inspection openings, and runs the camera when the cause is not obvious.
You get the price for the clear before we start. Relining or replacement is quoted separately if the camera shows damage.
The line is cleared, checked with water running and, where damage was involved, inspected again with the camera. You are told what caused it.
A cured liner is a new pipe inside the old one and is expected to outlast the original pipe. Manufacturers rate their liners in decades. We will tell you the rating of the product used on your job.
Only what the camera shows needs it. A single cracked section can be patched; a run with many open joints is lined end to end.
The liner takes a few millimetres off the diameter, but the smooth wall carries water better than a rough, jointed pipe, so flow usually improves.
No. A collapsed or flattened section has to be dug up and replaced. The camera tells us which repair is possible before we quote.
